Purchase Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions
carefully. You must not purchase this luxury travel
membership unless you understand and agree with the following
terms and conditions.
Membership Terms and Conditions:
Please see the separate document Global Resorts Network Membership Terms and Conditions for
the terms and conditions regarding travel reservations made through
Global Resorts Network.
You must not make or accept any booking
unless you understand and agree with these terms and conditions.
Prices:
For your convenience, we offer two access
options:
Platinum Plan
Unlimited Access for
100 years (Lifetime).
Access to all resorts
offered. (US$298-US$699 per week)
(In
rare exceptions may be up to US$799 week in Hawaii etc.)
Unlimited vacations
per year.
Unlimited guest weeks
per year, guest week section only.
Fully Transferable
(US$75 fee).
Price: US$2,995.
Gold Plan
Unlimited Access for
3 years (36 months).
Access to all resorts
offered. (US$398-US$699 per week)
(In rare exceptions
may be up to US$799 week in Hawaii etc.)
Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation
per year.
Fully Transferable
(US$75 fee).
No Guest Weeks.
Price: US$1,495.
Memberships are Transferable, Sellable, and Willable.
We also offer a Gold to Platinum Upgrade for US$2000.
Cancellation:
We are unable to provide a refund to you
after the Three Day Right of Rescission expires. This means
that you may cancel this transaction in writing,
without penalty or obligation, within three days of the date of
the submission of your application.
Agency:
World Resorts Travel acts as a reseller
only. We sell a luxury travel membership product
on behalf of Global Resorts Network.
We have no responsibility for making travel
bookings on your behalf or arranging relevant contracts between
you and travel service providers nor do we make or give any
warranty or representation regarding their standard.
All bookings are made through Global Resorts
Network and are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations
of liability imposed by this service provider.
Your legal recourse is against the specific
provider (Global Resorts Network) and not with World Resorts
Travel.
If for any reason, any travel service provider
is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted
your remedy lies against the provider (Global Resorts Network)
and not with World Resorts Travel.
Liability:
We do not accept any liability of whatever
nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts,
omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third
party providers over whom we have no direct control.
Under circumstances where liability cannot
be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased
travel membership.
We do not accept any liability in contract,
tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential
loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly
or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond
our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on
our part.
Credit Card Transactions:
Credit card surcharges may apply when paying
by credit card.
In the event that payment has been made
to World Resorts Travel by credit card, you agree that you will
not seek to charge back your payment to World Resorts Travel outside
of the Three Day Right of Rescission.
